
Enrollment for The ARTS
Your ARTS Showcase Package includes:
Showcase Participation Fee: $1995
This fee covers all required pre-event development and training, including up to four (4) online coaching sessions and/or local workshops with members of the ARTS Coaching & Development Team. Training topics may include—but are not limited to—Runway Technique, Stage Presence, Skincare & Natural Makeup, Wardrobe Consultation, Acting for Stage & Screen, Auditioning & Interviewing Strategies, and Performance Coaching for singers, dancers, and monologue performers.

Full access to all workshops and seminars offered during the ARTS Showcase week.

Enrollment in three (3) official showcase performance categories before a panel of top agents, casting directors, managers, and producers. Categories may include: TV Commercial, Film Scene, Improv, Voice Over, Creative/Theme Runway, Photography, Swimsuit, Singing, Dancing, and Monologue.

Individual interview opportunities and/or callbacks for every participant.

Entry to the Red Carpet Celebration & Awards Ceremony.

Scholarship eligibility from performing arts institutions and future ARTS events.

Post-showcase guidance and continued access to the ARTS Alumni network.
Optional Add-Ons & Expenses Not Included:

Additional showcase performance categories beyond the three (3) included are available at $75.00 each.

Travel expenses to and from the event location are the responsibility of the participant.

Lodging is not included; however, a discounted hotel rate will be provided via a private booking link.

Observer Passes beyond the one (1) included for participants under age 18 are available for $300.00 each. These include access to all performances, workshops, seminars, and the Red Carpet Celebration.

Child Observer Passes are complimentary for children age four (4) and under, provided they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who holds a valid pass.

Important Terms: All Sales Are Final
Participation in The ARTS is non-refundable under any circumstances.
We recognize that unforeseen life events can occur. In the case of a documented emergency, participants may submit a written request for a one-time transfer to a future ARTS event. This request must include supporting documentation and is subject to approval and a $150 administrative transfer fee. Please note that transfers are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of AKWB Entertainment / Applause International.
